As opposed to other stimulants, bromantane does not seem to make tolerance, addiction, or withdrawal signs and symptoms on discontinuation.[11] Resulting from its irregular mechanism of action, it does not show cross-tolerance with other usual stimulants, and anecdotal studies have claimed it might
